How to save when investing?

I was trying to learn how to make some cash online recently, I read hundreds of E-books and finally I made a move, I build a blog and applied Google Adsense, after more than 1 month's work now I only got $1.4. :mad: Totally lost! I asked why on many freelancer forums, someone told me if I want to make some really cash online, I need to invest, which can help save time and make more money. So my question is: Shouldn't I decrease investment as much as possible? How to save when investing?

to make any decent money from blogging, you need a huge amount of traffic to your blog. to be honest, $1.40 is actually better than most blogs make in their first month.

if you keep writing quality content and promoting your site, that figure will increase, but don't expect a huge income from it unless it becomes one of the leadings blog in a popular niche.

EDIT: there's a fine line online between investing and being scammed. if you're sticking to blogging, some of the seo gigs on fiverr can be beneficial without breaking the bank too much
