Natwest

Think im going to get an O/L charge on my natwest card next month - I forgot a payment is going out ttomorrow, and there is only JUST enough to cover it (i think) .... if they dont refund the fee, should i bee mean and nasty and send a letter to claim all of them over the last 6 years (even though i dont think there were too many)

I would do it regardless. That's your money, and could add up to quite a bit, especially with interest. Surely worth a few hours work!

Not sure a letter is a couple hours work ... pretty good at them (especially for consumer issues - yet to lose) and with templates on here as well, will make life easier.

Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.
