Think im going to get an O/L charge on my natwest card next month - I forgot a payment is going out ttomorrow, and there is only JUST enough to cover it (i think) .... if they dont refund the fee, should i bee mean and nasty and send a letter to claim all of them over the last 6 years (even though i dont think there were too many)
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

Not sure a letter is a couple hours work ... pretty good at them (especially for consumer issues - yet to lose) and with templates on here as well, will make life easier.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
