We used David Ramsey of John G H Wilson in Royal Ave 90322301.
Don't know how he compares pricewise but I'd highly recommend himMember #7 SKI-ers Club

We're going through the buying process at the moment. We had quotes of 400 up to 840 + VAT for the work (professional fees only). We're using the firm that we used in the past which wnt through everything in good time. They are in Lisburn. I'll PM you the details if you want.Stercus accidit0

Hi,
We used Millar McCall and Wylie a couple of years ago and Pamela McMenemy did an excellent job. I rang around several different firms and they did actually come down in their original price. They did a great job and were really easy to deal with:

I would recommend Sean Murphy on the Shore Road

Did a good job for me when I was buying a house - in fact the friend who recommended him to me recommended him because he acted against her in a case and was so persistent that she went on to use him for her own house saleHe was also very reasonable - he has a very small office, just him and a secretary - so no big overheads. His secretary was also always able to answer queries even when he wasn't in - they must have a very good system.
As an aside, I consulted him about a minor car accident a few years later. I was in a flat spin and really panicking about something and he was really helpful and reassuring. And he didn't charge me. Ok it was only a few minutes advice and writing a letter but I really appreciated it.
Would highly recommend.0
