Help buying toy (I don't know what it's called???)

A guy from work is really wanting to get his child a toy, but I'm not sure the name of it. He described it really well so I'll try and do the same and if someone can remember what it's called it'll give him a starting block on buying one.

It's got a propellor at the front of the body with a piece of elastic I think round the propellor, when you twist the propellor enough it spins really fast and at the same time makes the wings on the body ot the contraption flap up and down. Really vague description but it made sense to me, I knew exactly what he meant but could not for the life of me name it. Anyone got any ideas???

The guy I'm referring to is Japanese in case anyone is wondering why in this day and age with Xbox 360's and the likes going around, anyone would want to purchase such a toy for their child, each to their own I suppose but the guy has helped me out at work a lot and I'd like to oblige his request.

Thanks in advance,

James
