Hi,
Am currently looking to by a 30% share of a property which equates to £48600.
I have had a CCJ for 3 years now, and am wondering would it be better to go to a broker to find me a mortgage. My credit score is fair, last score was 752, and i have a 10% deposit, can maybe go to 20%.
Any advice would be appreciated.

for adverse credit such as yours, you are very unlikely to find a suitable deal on your own, so should speak to an experienced broker. It's a health benefit ...0

Hi Beds,
As the previous poster said, you'd be better putting in a 15-20% deposit.
That said, I have recently had some interesting results with clients with a 10% deposit.I am a Mortgage Adviser

There are lenders that could look at a mortgage with a CCJ like yours.
Even at 90% there are some lenders that could help.
However, if looking at shared ownership, options will be very limited.
