Quidco and/ or Vs Nectar bonus points in one transaction

apologies if this has been asked before.
I use quidco and booked a hotel stay on expedia £84
via quidco links for 10% cashback
on checkout i noticed you could get 100 points on nectar, for this booking.
therefore i signed upto nectar and claimed the free points
( as i also have BG and shop in sainsbury now and again.)
when claiming nectar points will this affect my quidco cashback.
obviously i'd prefer the quidco cash rather than points
advice, experience greatly appreciated
