Ive just sent them an enquiry as to where my guitar and amp is, they have honoured and sent me my keyrings and magnets so there shouldnt be a prob with this....will update when they reply

I've already done that. I sent a message on Friday evening. They replied this morning saying sorry that my order hasn't been dispatched and that they have advised the relevant people to dispatch it. But it is still showing as processing.

Unfortunately due to stock issues the despatch date has been pushed back as we are trying to allocate stock to your order.

Your item is still available to cancel if this is to much of an inconvenience and you shouldn't of been charged as yet.

I do apologise for this as I understand how frustrating this is for yourself.


So i sent 1 back advising them that they have them in stock still on their website for immediate despatch although at a higher price

Mine was the same, I emailed them yesterday morning with no reply and re-emailed them just now, I was erally polite, I just eplained I was hoping to get them in time for my Partners Son's birthday however as that is today we're having to wizz to Argos after work LOL :rotfl:

On the same type note, I did see the same guitars in my local Tesco's and they were reduced to £6.99 (not as low as £199 granted however less than IWOOT has them)
