I also ordered on 8th December. I sent them an e-mail last night saying that it had been saying 'ready to pick' all week. Have just checked again and it says 'goods picked' and 'goods despatched'. Don't know if the e-mail hurried them up a bit, but if you're still showing a 'ready to pick', it may be worth your while asking.0

I just had an email from them apologising for the delays etc... My order still says ready for picking and I ordered on 9th Dec and all the things I ordered are needed for xmas...0

Hi I too ordered on the 8th on the website it say still waiting for picking, I'm a bit gutted as some of the items were for my sons birthday, which is today.
Im very dissapointed.0 -
hiya, I just called customer service as 4 of the items I had ordered were things for the childrens stockings. They said any order placed before saturday 16th at 9am will be delivered in time for christmas, all other orders are not guaranteed to arrive in time.
I hope that helps some people.
