Supply-only Painted Kitchens?

Hi everyone
Been reading all your posts and replies and they have been really helpful so far; but wondered if anyone could recommend any other manufacturers or suppliers of painted wooden kitchens?
We're looking for a new kitchen; 4x5m so about 10/12 base units with 2 large larder units and ideally we'd like a painted wooden kitchen; think Harvey Jones but at at least 1/2 the price!
We've looked at the painted range at Wickes & Howdens, and if we really can't find anything else for less than £15k, we'll have to go for one of those, but really we'd like something in a colour other than ivory or the Wickes grey/green.
At the moment, we haven't decided anything about who will fit it for us and we're open to using a local fitter, or getting the kitchen ourselves online and getting a chippy or builder to put it in (we're having a new extension built for the kitchen beforehand)
We've had a 2 quotes so far, one using Second Nature (£23K incl appliances and all internal work to the room, electrics, plumbing, plastering etc) & one using Burbidge(£20k incl flooring, tiles, applicances)
Here's a list of the Burbidge quote:

Does anyone have any ideas on where i could either:
1.get the same type of units supply only any cheaper
2.get a similar quality from another supplier, but also cheaper
3. get a cheaper wooden kitchen and then pay someone to paint it for us? (we just wouldn't have the time to do it ourselves)
Apologies for the long post; hope it's ok for my first attempt on the forum!
Thanks in advance for getting this far & for any replies

We have friends with one of their kitchens and it's a stunner. You can pick whatever colour you want, obviously.
I've been to their workshop too and it's a proper professional set-up.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

A little warning note on painted wooden kitchens. If you have high humidity levels or, say, an old stone cottage prone to a bit of damp, they are not really a good idea.
the reason being that if the wood expands, this becomes noticeable in the door joints immediately as the expansion causes the paint to crack! Have seen a few in those situations which looked very shoddy very quickly.
Having said that, if the above does not apply to you, go right ahead!0 -

Thanks for the info cddc :cool2: just a standard 50's bungalow for us with no signs of damp; so we should be alright if we're able to find something at the right price.0 -
