Crowdology survey site

Is anyone else having problems with redeeming their rewards with Crowdology?

I have used this site for a while now and normally have no issues getting the rewards transferred to Paypal.

But I've been trying to redeem a reward (a small amount - just over £5) for several days and the site states that the payment method is unavailable but Paypal is the only one that they offer.

I have emailed the support desk but have had no reply so I would be interested if anyone else was having problems and how they have resolved this.

    Ah, so facebook is the way to contact them! I've been sending them emails about problems with the links they sent me but never had a single response.

    Looking on the bright side, I tried to claim £4.16 but couldn't. Just done a survey for £2.32 so now can claim £6.48 when they fix the system.

    Well it's slightly reassuring to see that it's not just me having problems and that this might be resolved by 23/05. Hope so anyway!
