Catalogue Query

I ordered a king size mattress from my catalogue. Had to take day off work to receive order. They sent a standard double. Called them to say come and collect it urgently as I have four cats who would love to dig their claws into it. They said they couldn't give a definitive time and it took over two weeks to collect. They then called to say another delivery was being made, took another day off work. They have yet again sent another double mattress!! I will have to call them to collect it again and take another day off work. 4 days off work through no fault of my own and I am now very angry.

Can anybody tell me where I stand re compensation from them for these mistakes.
