L.E.D. Scrolling Banner Wings

hi folks

not sure if this is the right place to put this, mods, please feel free to move to the right place.

I was out a few weeks ago, and saw some girls all dressed up, and they had angel wings on their back and inbetween there was a small L.E.D scrolling banner that they had their names on

Does anyone know where i can find something like this? i've searched ebay, and google, but not knowing what they're called doesn't help

I would imagine it's something like this put onto a pair of angel wings.
