Couldnt claim prize - Advice please

Hi everyone,

Got a WTC yesterday early afternoon which my wife answered as I was at work. It was from Heart FM saying I had won some tickets to a film preview today at 11.30am and my wife took the guys details and said I would call him back to confirm if we could go and how/where to collect the tickets. I called 4 or 5 times yesterday afternoon and twice this morning but there was no answer. I also left 2 messages but he didnt call me back and now it too late.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Do you think its worth persuing to see if there are any other showings or an alternative prize or should I just forget about it as it didnt cost me anything?

Still no call back. I thought a big company like heart fm would be more reliable.

I just called Heart and they didnt seem at all bothered. They just said that they would leave a message for the guy Ive been trying to contact to give me a call. Not sure it will do any good as Ive left 2 messages already. It sounded like they didnt believe that I have been having trouble contacting him and that Im trying it on.

I wouldnt usually bother calling them but it was a film that I really wanted to see :-(

Oh dear what a shame...I would persue it.....and maybe e-mail them if you can...It doesn't seem fair. Maybe they could offer you something else. Good Luck.
