Bryan Carter

Hello

We have been getting txt messages on our house phone from Bryan Carter can call us back, well we never called as 5 different people live in our house and we have never heard of these people before and thought it was a scam. Then a lady called yesterday asking for my partner he spoke to them and said he owes them £30 he ask why and the lady would not tell him over the phone! She said he would have to write a letter and ask, he explained that why should he write a letter as they called him and he isn't giving them money if they won't explain why. She asked if they recorded there phone calls which she said they did and he asked her to pass it on so some one could phone him and explain why they have phone, but she wouldn't and once again she said about us writting a letter .

When I spoke to her it sounded like she was in a call centre... as anyone had any other issues with this company, do they work like this or are they a major scam?

We are just left confused a a little bit mad over this company and how they speak to people.

Just from a google search - :D Don't touch them with a bargepole by the looks of things... unsure as to what you can do to get them off your back but still! Steer well clear!!

    Hi

If they ring again then partner should ask them to write to him providing details of the alleged debt. Don't pay any money over the phone until he has such a letter giving details.
I'd also say don't enter into any discussion with them about the debt and what its about on the phone, just ask them to write giving details and then hang up.
