Quarterly draws VISA winners - have you received yours?

Just wondering if anyone has received their VISA cards yet, or even a confirmation email as the winning email suggests you will get when your claim is verified?!

Also did anyone win a £20 card? I don't recall seeing any winners for £20 only £200 which seems a bit odd seeing as there were more of the smaller prizes!

I wonder if they've made a booboo and told everyone they've won £200 when they haven't?

I sent off my 2 winning receipts etc 19th April phoned them before Easter they said they would be in touch, as i remember them saying about 28/30 day deadline to claim for them, they said they would phone me back......... ended up phoning them i think on the 12th May to be told yes they're showing on the system, they were logged on the 6th May, they also said about another 3 weeks before i eveutually get the cards lol

I've received my daily VISA card wins from the beginning of April but not the quarterly win.

With previous VISA promotions (xmas, world cup) they did send out confirmation emails when the claim form was received but with this Olympic one they don't seem doing the same, which is not very good as you don't know if they have received your claim form within the 30 days.

To confirm receipt of the claim form you can phone or email them (they usually reply quite promptly).

It is strange there are no reported £20 wins.

Ah good at least I'm not alone. I sent off an email last night and they replied this morning saying my claim had been received and was being processed.

they called me two days ago to let me know that my claim is being proccessed and the card will be with me within 28 days,worth mentioning that the card will be send normal post not recorded (i asked )

Blimey! Can't believe they're sending it standard post - bit risky! Mind you don't they send the pins seperately or something? Never won one before!

With my daily wins, the pins arrived a few days after the cards. You can start using the cards online without the pin. Cards seem to be active upon arrival i.e. no need to phone to activate. You only need the pin to spend in stores.

I got a call last week saying they are processing my claim and an email just now

****Just a word of warning on the back of the letter in the T&Cs
there is a fee payable if it is not used within 6 months,(check the back of the letter when you get it).I am going to spend it then cancel to avoid any fees !!!***
