0.34% over base rate - unbeatable?

Our current mortgage (with IF) is just about to go down from 0.4% above base rate to 0.34% above base rate due to the tes of the fixed term agreement we enetered into three years ago when our last deal ran out. I've enuqired about porting this to another house which is possible although with a lower amount of borrowing.
Am I right in thinking that this is an unbeatable rate & I should do my best to hang onto this mortgage?

0.84 is an excellent rate, especially with BR not looking at rising until the end of the year now0

Nice rate, keep hold of it if you can as you will not be able to replace it like-for-like thats for sure.
