  • Did Firebox have these this morning? No sign of anything...
  • Still hope for those who have them stashed and hoping to make a few quid.... Radio one were discussing the number one Xmas toy for 2006 and apparently by text vote.... it's TMX ELMO!!

  • the firebox website had the offer on briefly this morning. I kept refreshing the site then dead on 10am it had an input box where you had to put your email address in. I did this as quick as I could, but at 14:50 i got this back:
    Hi

Thanks for submitting your details to purchase one of the small number of TMX Elmo we had available. The demand was incredible and unfortunately you were not quite quick enough this time.

    Good luck in your quest.

Had to go to tesco late last night for petrol and called in to pick up few things and they had loads on the shelves, admittedly it was late so might have only just been put out but, everywhere i've gone I've seen them in stock recently. only seems to be website that say they cant get them.
  • I went in my Tesco, an 'Extra' one so it wasn't small. They'd never heard of it. And they asked three staff. Good eh!

Tesco Roneo Corner had them yesterday afternoon reduced to £31.99 (the pence might be wrong but it was £31 something).

One lot were on the end of a shelf run, and there was another lot further along te main run of shelves as well.

Do the right thing and donate them to a childrens christmas fund, you know you'll feel better in the morning for it, and it will teach you not to be such a MGB in future;)

As of stock anyone in Norn Iron still looking for 1 Camerons of Ballymena had plenty on display, in fact they have reduced them in price too;)

Good Luck in your Elmo hunt and remember EBay is for mugs and MGB's don't be tempted, just buy an alternative:confused:
I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:
