Sub prime Mortgages??
Does anybody know of any sub prime mortgages out there?
I went to a main stream broker who was unable to help.
I have 2 credit card defaults & 6,000 debt which is being paid off. I hope to have this paid off by December. I am not being charged interest on it.
I have a 10k Deposit & will be looking to buy at the end of the year if not before.
My current rent is £450 and my salary £29k

Pop over to the mortgages board - you'll get more help there. But only 10k deposit with a 6k debt is unlikely to be enough.0
