What do I do if prize doesn't turn up??

Hi,
I got a call from ITV on 20th April to say I'd won a Ronseal Garden Spray! Yay!!....now 27 days later I still haven't received it - they said I should receive it within 28 days so if it doesn't turn up tomorrow what do I do?

If it doesn't turn up, try emailing them and phoning them. If you get no response email complaints@isp.org.uk (The Institute of Promotional Marketing) and they should sort it our for you. Remember to keep all correspondance between you and the company who hosted the competition. Hope you get it sorted.Trying to be a savvy student!

Hi, I have won a few small prizes from ITV over the years and they deliver super quick, the first time I won, the lady who originally called, called back a week or so later to see whether I had indeed received my prize as people were calling to say they hadn't received anthing.
No need to call ISP in my opinion yet, call ITV (sorry I don't have the number to hand) and just tell them you haven't received your prize, they will sort it out very quickly and they usually send their prizes via a trackable method so they will see it's not arrived.

I agree with Savvybunny, I won an ITV comp a while ago - took ages to arrive. Turned out that Parcelforce were pretty incapable of finding my address, but didn't bother to call to locate me. Eventually received it a couple of months after winning it.
I will say that ITV are pretty good at calling as a courtesy to check that you've received the prize.

With all the extra bank holidays I personally would give it an extra week or 2, then email a polite " I'm looking forward to recieving my prize when will I get it email"
