Aldi Rose wine help!

Options
The other week Aldi was selling two delicious sparkling wines:

"Galilei Rose made with Merlot" and Orchard Grove (I think) sparkling rose.

Both tasted nothing like wine, were about £3 a bottle and were so nice that even my partner who hates wine enjoyed them.

Naturally, with Aldi, if they sell a good thing, you never see it again. I've tried finding an alternative from a more reliable source, such as tesco, but have had no luck.

Does anybody who knows about wine and who has drank these wines from aldi know if you can get something similar anywhere else?

These were so nice I want to get as many as I can to put away for special occasions. Also, they're pretty low alcohol content at 5%, too.

Were they sweet? Maybe try a Rose d'Anjou wine or an Asti Spumante. I have no idea about wine's but do like these kinds as they are sweet, a real wine connoisseur would probably turn their nose up at these but I like them.

I shall have to try those because these were very sweet.

But to get to my nearest lidl i'd have to learn to drive, buy a car, get insured and drive 30 miles. I'd have to buy an awful lot of wine to save enough to make that much of an outlay worthwhile.

Did they have any contact details on the bottles so you can find out where else they are stocked?

Do you have the labels still, all you can do is keep an eye out for them, it depends how far you want to travel for them as you may be able to ask the store if they could contact other stores within reasonable distance to see if they have any left for you to go and collect and pay

The "Orchard Grove" - could it be Grove Manor. It is in their current leaflet saying it is part of their everyday range. Soft, delicate and bursting with fresh strawberries. It's £2.49.
