If you are already on a mortgage and ur friend wants to come on it who has recently been discharged will they let her? and will the person already on the mortgage have to be checked again thanks

    The process is a transfer of equity. You need to contact the lender as the new applicant will go through a similar process to a new mortgage application. There will be admin and legal costs involved, typically £300ish.

    No idea if she will be accepted. You give nowhere near enough information to answer that.

    The current borrower will not be required to provide anything further.
