Anyone decode this for me:
as a gesture of goodwill, they will:
re-work the account to remove the effect of the new basis of interest rate pricing on the loan above 10% for 6 years.
Does this mean that basically, for the 6 year period they are planning to refund all interest charged between 10% and the rate actually charged?
Thanks!
Worth complaining to the FOS if you have one of these loans that's suffered from in my opinion, unfair interest rate rises.
