    Usually if you have a very simple case and the OR has dealt quickly with everything. But they are not guaranteed and as has been pointed out here are coming to a halt.

    Luck more than anything I think (as long as you're cooperating fully because if you're not you'd have no chance)...a quiet moment in the OR's office and someone picks up a file. It could be you!!
