Pigsback code problem

I ordered a cd from cd wow this evening using a pigsback voucher. CD Wow accepted the voucher but I then got a message from World pay saying there was a problem with the payment and to try again.

The trouble is, now when I try to put the code in its saying "code already in use".

Should I email pigsback or cd wow?

I've had similar problems with a code before and usually the next day you are able to use the code again. Think it just takes a day or so for their system to realise the code wasn't actually used.

u should be able to use the code again if not email cdwow they are usually pretty good about it and if ur code doesnt reactivate they will send u a new one

Usually the code can be reused after about 12 hours. Otherwise email CD Wow and someone usually gets back to you to sort it out within hours or more likely minutes.

I had this problem two days ago. Manages to successfully use code a few hours after first attempt.
