Barclays online registration

What are Barclays playing at? When I have tried to register online I get the error message:
"63 - Sorry - we aren't able to register you online at the moment. Please call 0845 600 2323 (from outside the UK call +44 2476 842063) quoting error code 63. The people there will be able to help. "
They tell me its a technical problem.....I know for a fact that it's due to my bankruptcy (hence following previous threads on the MSE forums)......so when I am discharged in June I obviously need to sort this out. How would be the best way of making sure that I can register online, and also make sure that they know what I am talking about?
It surprises me that they cannot see this on my account!!

I presume you mean registering for internet banking? And that it's the bankruptcy marker on you account that is stopping it with that error?
If so, then once discharged you should give conformation of that to Barclays with a request to remove the marker.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
