İ have a financial advisor asking me all sorts of questions about what he is on the lookout for on my half and i am siimply clueless! At the moment i see interest rates as staying flat(i thought i heard rumour that deal rates were actually coming down at present).
İ am quite 'liquid so it is more of getting the right deal and i seem to be adverse to paying out huge fees-seems natural not to want to pay a lot !!--i looked at the ipswich bs but he cant access them as an advisor because they only deal with advisors in their area!(i am currently with the brittainia and have come to like their 'honesty' with rates etc -so i see small as good).--İ would stay with Brittainia but they dont do my sort of business!!-
-i am looking for a about 90k on a 170k property with rental income of minimum 750pcm--any idea what the amount i can access on those figures because the more the merrier!(i am looking for another home abroad which will be tied up with more rental income) this is my only lending on 4 homes!
