Why not try Google yourself?...I suggest:- HMRC tax claim form0 -
There's no form for claiming back overpaid tax through PAYE. Just send a letter with your documents and they'll look at it.
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/incometax/overpaid-thro-job.htmDid you really mean to put loose?
Lose: no longer possess, not to retain, unable to find
Loose: not firmly or tightly fixed in place0 -

it's getting ridiculous this numerous occasions now i have had to ring them back to follow up my claim, and they tell me that one more document is required, only to ring back after i've sent it then they decide another one is despite being re assured beforehand nothing else was needed. i was also told i had been posted details of what else was required of me to send in to them and after waiting nearly a week, i rang only to be told that nothing was posted out. i'm beginning to wonder if they're doing it on purpose it's taking ages, it's ridiculous really for what isn't really a great deal of money, i don't understand the problem. i get different information from another agent every time ... anyone else experience this?0
