Do you really need the car? sounds like after clearing your loans the car will be getting you into debt again, any chance of selling it?

    See above!

I see, thank you so much.

So maybe I will leave it, give the bank a call in the morning, and say i've had to take a few payday loans to pay for car repairs(Which actually was true) and ask what way they can help?

As I said I would need about 1500 to clear everything, but could survive on less. Also some of that included debt to a family member I desparately need to pay back. As they have helped me out for a while and need the money back now.

Here's hoping the bank can help me in the morning, if they can't I really don't know what i'm going to do, as I will be in serious S**T

Why don't you post your SOA up & see if people can advise you?

You'll not be taking a holiday on credit again I hope?

Have you got anything like an Xbox, Wii, ipod, stereo, bicycle, spare tv, collections around?

Can your missus help out? After all, if it's the holiday that's skinted you it wouldn't be unreasonable.

Look and see if you have a credit union in your town (google credit union <town name>). They lend some people money to get them away from payday loans.
