i purchased some cat food on buy 2 for £5.00 at tesco. on checking the receipt i found i had been charged full price for both boxes, some £2.57 extra.i went to the customer services desk to complain and after a little conversation with the manager he agreed that i was overcharged and offered a refund of the difference.i then noticed a sign at the back of the desk of tescos customer charter it states that in the rare occasion that you get charged more than the shelf price they will refund twice the difference.i pointed this out to the manager and yes i got it.:j
