Rubber seal for D/G window?

I have Double Glazing that ios about 18 years old, but basically sound. we recently had it serviced, and it is fine, except the rubber seal around the opening windows.
The technician tells me that there used to be 2 standards of seal (bit like the old VCR business!), and of course the seal profile we have is the one that didn't make it.
Are there any D/G installers out there that know where I can get hold of some 'Arrow profile' seal. I think that is what he called it.
