in Cutting tax
Hi there
I'm do a mixture of freelance (self-employed) and contract work (PAYE).
I have taken on a short contract (1 week), which I will be paid for as a casual employee on PAYE.
The company I am working for is based in Manchester. The work I am carrying out is on a location in London.
My travel expenses on this job are going to be quiet hight. Can I put these expenses against earnings when I do my tax return?
I think I know what the answer is, and I don't think I am going to like it, but I thought I might as well ask
Thank you.

Because it's a PAYE job, no, you can't claim.0
