Please bear with me, as I am trying my best to explain our current situtation as simply as possible!
Current market Value of house £ 95k
on market for £94k - hardly any viewings
owe ( £112k) £95k mortgage £11k secured loan.

My Grandparents have suggested they help us out as we are expecting baby no2 in a house that wasnt suitable even for baby no1 lol
She has offered a few ideas,
To buy our house however she would only be willing to stretch to £90k
To buy another ( more suitable house) for £90k and we rent ours out ( if we could) and pay her a nominal rent in the more suitable house.
Please Please Please if you have any great ideas etc pls let me know

if you have not had any viewings then £90K seems like a good offer to me.

I dont see the £112K though - £95K+£11k=£106K?

How will you pay off the rest of the loan and come up with a deposit for the next home?

If you let yours, will the bank agree to it?
