I remember ear wigging a ginger haired oik trying to flog a granny a 5 year warranty on a microwave. I intervened and said to the chap " are you telling this lady the microwave will break down as soon as she gets it home".

Like I always say, buy from John Lewis, great customer service, not pushy salesman and TVs have a standard 5 year warranty.
