Anyone know what I should do?

I received a letter from Real People on 8th April, stating that I had won a Paddington Bear hamper.

I still haven't recieved my prize, and last week I emailed the person who sorts unrecieved prizes, but i've had no word back.

Any ideas what I should do?

i won with them and got wrong prize nobody would answer my emails so i posted on their facebook page and asked what was going on,they sorted it out straight away

Yes I have won an Ipod touch and mecca bingo online vouchers - I have had the vouchers but no ipod. I think on my letter there was an email, will look when i get home from work.

I have always realised that on Facebook they answer you a lot quicker than if you email then, when you phone them they fob you off but facebook is public and they never want bad publicity

I would definately post on their facebook wall for all to see! Like 1trainer1 says they won't want anything negative on there and I think you will find they will reply quickly to try and sort it.

well done hope you sorted soon ,if you like to know what is in the hamper ,i can tell because i won twice two months ago:
there are four jars of marmalade,a book,a cute paddington bear,four bagdes
they will send it in a nice box
