Leave them alone! Took my money over a month before goods were despatched. >:( Two weeks to reply to emails. >:(The customer service is appalling. Now the VCR I bought has died and I am just to 'post it on to them' with no idea who's responsible whilst its in transit. >:(. I've a thread on the 'Vent' board detaling this....0
