Thanks, OP. Although the form to sign in appeared, as soon as I typed a couple of letters the form disappeared, and I was then told there was an error as I had already requested the sample! Never mind, thanks for posting.

You may have already been signed in from your last visit. I was and the form appeared to sign in then, flashed on to a screen which said "Sample Requested" for a split second and then to the "This screen will close in 5 seconds screen". So I'm pretty sure that you will get one.

Try it again on the second sample and you will see what I mean.

If there is an error or a blank screen after you've clicked the link then I think it means you've already requested a sample. HTH.
