anyone else not getting chance to put in codes - i've got up to the place where cc are in and you are putting in the bank verify details, so have come out of the screen - happy to pay £10 off, but worried it will just take my order without giving me the chance, thanks, Sal x

I had a few problems with code so rang in order instead and made sure £10 and free del came off. make sure you have all codes handy including media code. also there is another 20% off all garden stuff with code. some good bargains.

I wouldn't risk this. It takes you all the way to 'verified by visa' without giving you a chance to enter the code. I mean, who is going to 'trust' a catalogue company to take off an offer code without seeing the final amount for yourself.

I've had so much trouble ordering from Kaleidoscope in the past with these codes - They NEVER take off the discount and it goes through to 'verified by visa' box with FULL amount!!!

Whenever I've rung them they said something like ''don't worry , the discount will definitely come off''

BUT I LIKE TO SEE IT IN BLACK AND WHITE FIRST and I don't like the fact it tries to charge the full amount online

Apparently because I wrote to them about it & commented on their Facebook page they said they are 'looking into ways of improving the system so that the discount shows first'

Obviously they never bothered and its been nearly a year now ... They really need to catch up with other online retailers who put the customers minds at ease online by deducting the discount fully first from the payment amount! :mad:

Rung them up to make the order over the phone and it is a £ 10 off of £ 20 minimum spend.

really wanted some poppy cushions but the ones at NEXT were too expensive for me. it was £10 off £20 spend. so cost £10 for 4 cushion cases.:)
