    I need to gloat..

I just got a copy of the court order through which signs the house over to me.. bye bye KH... AND as part of the order it states I will not pursue him for maintenance for the children.. however.. that order has been backdated to April 2010... so instead of it being the 2 years we agreed it is 10.5 months from now! I am so pleased.. I may go find the judge who signed it and kiss him! he hasn't paid anything anyway so it isn't like it will make any difference at the moment.. but guess what I'm doing on 27th April next year!!!! ;)

I need to sort a will out now.. and discuss with OH what he would want to do.. obviously the 2 babies would go with him if I croaked.. but I am thinking of leaving this house to this lot and stating it is up to them if they let KH move back in to look after them until Tiddles reaches 16.. and it is either to be sold and shared between the 10 children at that point or rented out to provide them all with an investment for the future..

I need to think lots about this one I feel!

How many times have we discussed on here whether or not people will get their just desserts?:rotfl:
Ooh, if we're talking desserts, I'll have creme caramel, please.:rotfl:

Pigpen, what great news! I bet the time will whizz by :). It's good to look into a will; that's something DH and I have to do - he keeps putting it off even though I've been [STRIKE]nagging[/STRIKE] reminding him gently a lot.

Now don't pass out but I've been in the loft which is a huge frog of mine. Without even trying I've binned a big black bag of carp, got another bag full for charity shop and found a travel cot and Winnie The Pooh Ready Bed I can sell.

Next I'm going to go onto Amazone and see if the books I had for my signing class are worth anything - I want them to be at least £2 - if not I'll charity shop them, or for kids books give them to nursery/pre school.

Had more therapy on Tuesday and I'm feeling the best I have done for years; so let's hope I can stay like it.
