wot if you got told you have had this loan and you never had it and its been put on your property as a defalt how can you go about dealing with getting it of your credit file wen your unemployed and you can get help cos u cand afford to pay for a solicitor to deal with it

Contact land registry to find out when and how the loan was secured against the propery
Contact the CRAs to request a notice of correction
Contact the lender involved and ask for a copy of all paperwork etc
Contact the police and notify them of fraud.0
