How to use up cooked smoked haddock fillet

I've got lots of leftover smoked haddock - it's already cooked. Any suggestions of what i could do with it so it doesn't go to waste. Maybe something for lunch?

You could add some white sauce and sweetcorn cover with mash and make a small fish pie, or flake into some cooked pasta and cheese sauce..

boil up and crush some potatoes, mix with the fish and form in to fishcakes. Dip in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs, and fry in a little oil. Yum.
