I've got lots of leftover smoked haddock - it's already cooked. Any suggestions of what i could do with it so it doesn't go to waste. Maybe something for lunch?

You could add some white sauce and sweetcorn cover with mash and make a small fish pie, or flake into some cooked pasta and cheese sauce..#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

boil up and crush some potatoes, mix with the fish and form in to fishcakes. Dip in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs, and fry in a little oil. Yum.0
