My HP want to Settle my Finance early?

Hi,
I recently purchased a car from a Major car dealership off their website and they promised the car was immaculate.
After viewing many photos and also since purchasing it off the internet I was covered under the ling distant trading act 1974.
Once I received my car I noticed there were certain problems with and i requested the dealership to take the car back. They said they would fix the issues and still the car had faults.
I then escalate the matter with my HP company since they owned the car and forwarded all correspondence I had with the dealership.
Now they have written to me stating:
Wouldn't they just take the car back and offer me full refund since the car i purchased from the dealer was in breach of contract. What should i expect hem do say or do, as what i have quoted is all they have mentioned in the letter.
I would appreciate any help or words of advice in this matter.
The issues with the car were
1) alloy wheels poorly refurbed
2) windscreen cracked and corroded
3) no bluetooth/ipod connectivity (as advertised on the website)
4) full no quibble refund if not happy with my purchase within 7days
5) paint work had a few chips
If these had been mentioned in the website ad I would not of touched or considered buying the car without a close inspection and viewing, but the car dealership being 300miles away I thought should be fine to buy it off the website being a reputable large car dealership.
