White peppercorns?

I like to use freshly ground white pepper when cooking. Where can I buy white peppercorns?
None at sainsburys or tescos.

You can buy Schwartz brand Tropical Mixed Pepper, which contains all sorts of different peppercorns. Then just fish out the white ones. :rotfl:

Have you got a Julian Graves or Holland and Barett nearby........that's where I usually get them.

Lidl herbs and spices are really good value too.......but I've only bought black and mixed peppercorns there, and I can't remember if they do white, but maybe worth a look.

Black pepper and white pepper are from the same plant - Black pepper is dried with the husk on and white pepper is dried after the husk has rotted off.
