Does anyone know what a fair price is on re-mortgage by an independant financial advisor,i have had a quote from a guy wants to charge 2.5% on a £102k mortgage,does any anyone on the forum think thats reasonable

I believe it would be difficult to justify a charge of that size. For example, when I feel the need to charge a fee, my maximum is £495.
