I found Olu Deniz wasn't that expensive really. There is a couple of small supermarkets (I think the Azda one was about the best) and smaller food places for kebabs and pizza that weren't too expensive.
When I was there we filled up on breakfast and had something snacky for lunch such as some crisps or sandwich stuff from the supermarket.
You might find that you have a fridge in your room, ours did and it was handy to keep some sandwich stuff and water in but buying small amounts of cheese or meat and bread daily probably wouldn't be too bad.
We had dinner in our hotel (The Karbel) because it was cheaper to buy a certain amount of meals in advance (when I was there they were doing something like, buy 3 meals and get 1 free or something similar. They we also 3 course meals so it meant that we only needed a really light lunch).

there will probably be a Tansas or a Migros in Olu Deniz and they have websites so you could have a look at the prices before you go.

Bim also have a website but couldnt look for you as didnt know what province olu deniz was in.

Pop and water cost next to nothing at the cheap supermarkets, bread is about 30p for a big loaf, fruit and veg cheap if you can find a market.

Look for restaurants that are frequented by turkish people as I have found they have great food at even greater prices

I think you will find a cheap supermarket there. We were in Marmaris and just asked the staff in the hotel which supermarket they used. Turned out to be a stone's throw from us, and as long as we weren't fussy we could eat really, really cheaply. You may find that it is cheaper to save up the money and buy your groceries there when you arrive.
Why don't you wait til near the time and ask on the holiday board if anyone has just been there this year and about prices etc. Friends of ours were just in the next town from us while we were there and they found it very expensive until we told them about the big supermarket near us. They then came up on the bus every few days to get their shopping.
You will find that certain things are expensive, but other stuff very cheap. I wouldn't waste luggage space on biscuits/ crisps etc, as they were extremely cheap.

BTW, when I said not fussy, I meant if you are happy to eat Turkish brands rather than looking for 'familiar' foods.

(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away...

Hi are you sure you have no facilities at all? we stayed b&b ib Fuerteventura we had a hob, microwave a few pans and a toaster, we took, tea, coffee sugar, powdered milk, bachelors pasta and sauce, cereal for supper.

At breakfast time take back as much fruit as your pockets will hold, yogs - put in mini fridge, they should have dried fruit there too you can take out for snacks and you could probably make some cheese rolls and put them in napkins lol
