Little known SkyHD deal PLUS Sony cashback

I've just bought a Sony HD Ready LCD TV, and as an existing Sky subscriber I was itching to upgrade to SkyHD, but didn't feel I could justify the extra expense all in the same month. I was going to wait six months in the hope Sky would do a promotion, but searching a few forums, put a big smile on my face:

1) Buying a TV from participating retailers (including Comet, Currys, John Lewis, Sony Centre) means you can buy SkyHD at £149 (half the £299 price for existing Sky customers, even cheaper for new to Sky customers).

2) Buying a Sony Bravia TV and purchasing SkyHD earns up to £150 cashback from Sony (£100 for the W series, £150 for the X series).

I wasn't made aware of this, although admittedly I purchased my TV over the phone with John Lewis (after price matching with Empire Direct), not in store.

The upshot is I've got SkyHD ordered (£119 for some reason, not £149), and I can look forward to £100 cashback from Sony, due to my TV being from the W series.

I've been told the cashback form should come with the SkyHD box, although Sony Customer Services advised I might be able to print off a claim form from the Sky website. I've not found this yet.
