Accord Mortgages

Our IFA has recomended an Accord Product for our mortgage. We don't know very much about them and was wondering what they were like in terms time taken to proces applications and reach a decision. I've looked at their website for intermediaries and it states:
Average time to offer fully presented applications (8 day standard) 7 daysAverage time to offer all applications 18 days
Neither of which seem too bad to me, although I know little about all of this.
Also do Accord offer a fast Track service? Presumably that would depend on the nature of our application?
Thansk in advance.

Thanks Kingstreet - I don't suppose you know how 'approximate' the affordability calculator is? When I put the figures in the amount they will lend is just under the amount we need, but our IFA seemed to think it wouldn't be a problem.
I see though that the calculator doesn't take into account dividend payments, so this may have something to do with it.0 -
We've just got an offer out today (simple, clean and well packaged case - one subsequent question answered by return) on an application made on 14th April - almost exactly a month and I have been chasing the very life out of them (as this was a 28 day exchange requirement case which was declared at the beginning).
They are seriously overloaded at the moment.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
I'm not sure ours is simly or clean due to my husbands company director status, although I have a feeling this would be the case with any lender so may as well bite the bullet... cannot move until August in any case.0
