What are the chances i have of being able to borrow 4 times my income.i have a perfect credit history and will have 25% plus the deposit.But will i find a lender to lend to me or is 4 time income asking too much in the current climate .

Thank you i thought this would be the case ,so i am limiting myself but doable .I am in no rush at the moment but if I need to i would buy with these limited lenders but only if i need to move from this room n then the next place will be my own .I shall carry on saving more unless circumstances change and the i will take the plunge .0
