20% off at Debenhams?

Can anyone tell me if they've heard of this offer?

My mum was in Debenhams Swansea last week and was told that they were

having a 20% off day tomorrow (thurs 7th).

I haven't seen any ads.

RE Debenhams brighton. Main shopping carpark for the shopping centre where the store is , is advertising debenhams 20% of on this Friday and Saturday.

I had an e-mail telling me that the website would be having a 20% off day, but I think it was for Saturday.

There's also free delivery for cardholders using their cards on orders over £100 if they quote SHA2. Not too many conditions there then!

I am tempted to avoid this altogether, after the fiasco of their extravaganza in November. I had most of my orders cancelled or part cancelled. Those that were delivered, I was overcharged for, and I still have one order outstanding. I wrote to Customer Service 2 weeks ago, and am still waiting for an answer.

Just found out - Swansea Debenhams(I assume it's all stores) has 20% off

from 4pm today and friday/saturday.

20% off everything Friday-Sunday online and instore -but the small print says "selected lines".
