need some loan help please! letter says accepted but processed to our lenders .huh!

yeah i will stay clear just have a lot of debts since losing my job last year and not a bad credit but low as i dont use cards or hp
just dont know else to do other get a loan to pay all off so only have 1 thing to pay ...but not having any luck
