    Kay,

First of all, well done for posting and welcome to MSE.

To borrow £2k at 60% over two years is, as the others have said, complete madness for the sake of saving yourself two direct debits a month.

Do you still use the catalogue and Argos? If so, you need to stop! You'll be getting yourself into a bigger hole and before you know it will be in debt up to your ears.

Your outgoings are'nt really that bad. You live at home - so is there anyway that your parents will reduce your rent so that you can snowball your debts and clear them quicker? Could you maybe get a small part-tiume job, or try Bettaware etc to make a bit more money?

Keep a spending diary and keep track of every penny you spend. Buy a small diary, and everytime you spend ANYTHING, whether it be on cards or cash, make a note of it, even if it's only 35p on a newspaper. This way, after a few weeks you'll have a better idea of where all your money is going.

Good luck, but whatever you do, DON'T TAKE THAT LOAN!!

I want a loan to consolidate all my exsisting debt and have 1 monthly payment instead of 2/3.

I don't go out very often, i take packed lunch, my sister is a hairdresser and i live with my parents so food is taken care of.

Hi Kay - please be very wary of taking out a loan to consolidate your debts. It is, I agree, an attractive proposition to only have one reduced monthly payment - but there is always a price, and with consolidation loans, the 'sting in the tail' is usually that you are paying over a much longer period, and will end up by paying much more than if you continued with your existing loan payments.
There are OTHER options - post an SOA and we will see if we can give you some better advice.
